PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped out in 4-5 weeks. There are two shipping options - USPS first class mail and USPS priority mail. Please allow 3-6 days for first class shipping and 1-3 days for priority shipping.
DO WE ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?
Yes, you can cancel your order up to 5 days after purchasing. After the 5 days, cancellations will be allowed on a case by case basis. Feel free to send us a message if you have any questions about your order.
DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
No, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to everything being custom and handmade. Returns are only available on items that had an error (example: misspelled word, wrong color, etc..). In that case, I will remake what was made wrong and it will be shipped out within the next 7-10 days.

WHAT DOES VELCRO FINISH MEAN?
Velcro finish for the patches means your patch will be made with the hook (scratchy side) of the Velcro.

WILL MY PATCH COME WITH BOTH SIDES OF VELCRO?
No, your patch will come with the hook (scratchy) side of Velcro ONLY. We do not provide both sides of Velcro for patches
CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF PREDESIGNED PATCHES?
Yes! there is a text box on the listing that you can add what size you would like your patch changed to. For size changes larger then 2 inches there may be a fee due to using more product to make the larger patch. In this case send us a message first!
